What kind of customer support is available?

We offer Support from Monday to Friday between 8am-5pm EST. Additionally, we provide Emergency Technical Support from Monday to Friday 5pm-8pm EST and Saturday/Sunday/Holidays from 9am-5pm EST. Our support channels include Phone, Email, and Web Ticket submission, ensuring you have multiple ways to reach us and get the assistance you need. All Support representatives are level 1 certified SSC trainers and are based on Canada.
