Employee Self Service for Long Term Care
Time to engage your staff! Ditch the manual paper process and tracking for your employee file folders. The Employee Self-Service allows the staff member to access the online StaffScheduleCare portal for their personal information only. Included with the Employee Self Service portal, staff will be able to submit Time Off Requests, Shift Exchange Request, view their schedules, time bank balances, and bi-weekly virtual time cards.
Employee Self Service Features
View Individual Schedules
Allow staff to login at any time to check when and where they will be working their next shift for your organization. Staff can view their schedules online via desktop or a mobile friendly app. Staff can also check their time cards to see their breakdown of hours that includes Regular, Overtime, Premiums/Shift Differentials, and any paid time off.
Submit Time-Off Requests
Ditch the paper request forms and allow your staff to submit for time-off directly from the Employee Self Service portal. Staff can request VACATION days, PTO, or SICK time for either Full Days or Partial Days via a Desktop, Tablet, or Mobile App. Managers are provided the opportunity for two-way communication via the time off request, including the option to switching pending a pending and approved/declined stage in the time off process.
View Personal Time Banks
Give staff the freedom to check their time bank balances before they even attempt to submit for time-off. The Time Banks menu will allow staff to check their current earned, taken and remaining balance for time for the current year. The advanced details will also allow the staff member to review all of the previously approved time off throughout the course of their employment history at your organization.
Submit Shift Exchange Requests
Allow for staff to submit shift exchanges or shift giveaways with their colleagues. Related to the Scheduling module and facility scheduling rules, we can setup a simple shift exchange virtual request form that can be accepted by staff and sent directly to the manager for a final approval.
