In and Out Punch Management
Ensure your staff are arriving and leaving from work at the required times. Our touchless facial recognition punch clocks will help with recording the exact amount of time your staff have worked over the course of a pay-period. All punches will sync directly from the punch clock to the employee’s time cards in the StaffScheduleCare solution.
Time Card Calculations and Approvals
All Time Card Calculations will be populate directly from a combination of the Schedules shift (from the Scheduling module) and the employee punches from the time clock. If any discrepancies are found, the time card exceptions and multi-stage approvals will allow for supervisors, managers, and/or the payroll department to review, adjust, and process.
Wage Progression Management
Populating from the Human Capital Management Seniority tracking feature, the wage progression management setup can be used to help track the amount of hours worked at your organization. The wage progressions will highlight the moment when staff are due to receive a pay increase and will allow for the StaffScheduleCare solution to automatically apply the pay increase based on your agreed upon wage grids per position.
Advanced Time and Attendance Management Reporting
The attendance support management setup will allow the user to run detailed attendance analysis and absenteeism reports within the StaffScheduleCare solution to provide an insight into the current attendance events from a particular employee, position, department, or facility in question. This can be run over a set amount of days, weeks, months, or years.
