Master Rotations

Real Time Active and Daily Schedules

Users are given the ability to manage the day-to-day scheduling changes through the use of our Active and Daily Scheduling screens. Here, users can review schedules, book time off, process a shift exchange, or request more information about shift details (including who/when changes were made to a shift). The active schedule allows user to see posted shifts up to 8 weeks in advance, whereas the Daily Schedule allows for a call-in mode option that comes with an auditable call-log in StaffScheduleCare.

Mass Messaging – Automated Texting and Calling

Is your facility spending hours on call-ins? Are schedulers tired of calling/texting the same messages over and over? Save the time, money and resources spent on call-ins with our Mass Messaging – Automated Texting and Calling tool. The mass messaging will contact employees based on their preference of a phone call or a text message when shifts become available for booking. Have your scheduler spend mere minutes to set up a full days’ worth of call-ins for your facility. Upon a successful acceptance of a shift, the Mass Messaging feature will even book a staff member in directly to their Active Schedule for all users to see.

Vacation and Time Off Management Tools

Allow for StaffScheduleCare to help manage your time-off and vacation requests. Print vacation reports, approve/deny time-off, and review eligible Time Bank balances for staff who request time off. Use our Time Off Requests screen to communicate with Staff about the status of their Time off Requests. Set up facility Time Off Rules to ensure you have enough staff available to work your shifts. Also, set up blackout dates to ensure no staff are submitting for predetermined black-out dates within your facility agreements.
